Agenda

9:00–10:30 | Generative AI in Knowledge and Data-Driven Work

  • Overview of generative AI and large language models in professional contexts.
  • Principles of effective prompt design: setting context, roles, goals, and outputs.
  • Introduction to advanced model modes (Deep Research, Thinking) and when to use them.
  • Practical exercise: Apply Deep Research and Thinking to analyze content, search for information, and formulate concise, business-relevant conclusions.

10:45–12:30 | AI for Documents, Data, and Custom Agents (GPTs / Gems)

  • Using AI for document analysis, comparison, and calculations.
  • Applying AI to interpret simple numerical datasets and support business commentary or decision-making.
  • Practical exercise: Build custom agents using GPTs in ChatGPT or Gems in Gemini for recurring tasks (e.g., reporting support, knowledge assistant).
