Certified Negotiation Trainer (Negotiate Ltd) since 2001, Certified Consultant of the Cultural Transformation Tools Methodology, member of the International Practitioners Workshop.
He permanently cooperates with the EY Academy of Business. Since 2004, he has delivered over 100 training projects (open and closed training courses) in negotiation, sales techniques, leadership and managerial skills. He provides internal training for the management and specialists of EY in Poland.
Witold is an author of training programmes and courses in the following areas: Business Negotiations, (Introduction to Negotiations, Negotiations, and Renegotiations, Strategic Negotiations), Social Negotiations, Mediation, Art of Professional Presentation, Consultative Selling.
Witold Rychłowski has gained experience as a trainer in the international environment and has also delivered several overseas training courses for the representatives of multinational companies in Poland.
