Students will gain the highly valued knowledge needed to make business decisions that impact the future of their company, regardless of industry or location. This will be confirmed not only by a postgraduate certificate but also by an ACCA qualification – provided, of course, that you prepare well and pass the ACCA exams.
ACCA qualifications incorporate all of the elements mentioned below and are widely recognized internationally.
- Strategic Business Leader
- Strategic Business Reporting
- Advanced Financial Management
- Advanced Performance Management
Participants will learn how to effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors, management boards and owners to develop good solutions and use compact and meaningful presentations as well as strong arguments built on the basis of professional analysis of the organization. They will gain comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to apply in their daily work and business development.
The course covers the topics necessary to understand and manage finances in businesses of all types and sizes.
By participating in the ACCA Strategic Professional postgraduate programme, students will receive a unique opportunity to work in a group and to motivate each other in learning, establishing new contacts and working directly with the trainer, as well as assuming appropriate commitment and good preparation for the exams.
All classes are conducted in English by experienced EY Academy of Business trainers, providing an added benefit on improving business English language. During the course, students not only receive professional knowledge but also learn to apply it in practice. Our trainers will also teach students the best exam techniques, which helps to plan time well during the exam*.
*In order to take the exam, the participant must be registered on the www.accaglobal.com portal, pay the examination fees directly to ACCA and get exemptions or pass exams from the lower levels of this qualification.
**Note: If you plan to have your employer pay for your studies – please inform us at the registration stage so that we can carry out an analysis of EY’s independence concerning your organisation in good time. Such an obligation arises from the regulations in force in Poland regarding the independence of auditors.
Structure of Classes:
The duration of the postgraduate programme is two semesters. Classes are held once or twice a month on weekends:
- Saturdays – 09:00 – 16:00 CET
- Sundays – 09:00 – 16:00 CET
The entire programme (100% of classes and exams) will be conducted ONLINE.
All topics will be delivered through a mix of LIVE mini-lectures, case studies, and practical exercises. Each session will also directly or indirectly relate to the participants’ professional context, ensuring relevance to their day-to-day work.
Classes will be conducted in English, so applicants must be able to speak English at a minimum level of C1, including vocabulary in the field of financial management and accounting.
