In this advanced, and real-life case-study-based and simulation workshop you will be valuing a company using various internationally accepted models under different business models, for example a company diversifying in a new industry.

“The Game” will provide participants with a real-life simulation of an acquisition, whereby negotiation skills will be required to close a successful deal.

Real-life case studies will be solved in Excel and a simulation of financial modelling will be demonstrated.

You will experience all those critical moments of the decision makers who are participating in the deal. 

It is advisable that you work on Excel during the technical part of the course, with the guidance of the trainer.
