Previously, he spent 14 years in the FMCG and Wholesale/Detail industries as a financial controller, manager, and director in leading multinational corporations in Poland and Switzerland. The scope of his responsibilities, at various stages, included Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in capital investment and financial strategies, and is a member of the international Institute of Management Accounting.
