In this real-life and case-study-based course we will work together and you will practically value a company using various internationally accepted models. You will calculate the weighted average cost of capital and the cost of equity using the Capital Asset Pricing Model.
There will be a clear demonstration of the rationale behind M&A and the procedure to be followed.
It is advisable that you work on Excel during the technical part of the course, with the guidance of the trainer.
