Agnieszka is a certified tax advisor and professional tax trainer. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. For several years she has been providing advice and professional support to Polish and foreign clients.
She has extensive experience in advising a wide range of clients from various industries, both domestic and foreign, on the application of Polish and international tax laws. She gained her professional experience working in consulting firms (mainly in the “Big 4”), where she coordinated and managed a number of complex and cross-cutting projects and high-profile cases, as well as in the Tax Center of Excellence.
Today she runs her own tax and legal practice. Her area of expertise includes ongoing tax advice to businesses, with a particular focus on indirect taxes (including EU VAT), e-commerce and customs matters. She represents clients in proceedings with tax authorities, appears before administrative courts, and conducts trainings and workshops on tax law. She is also the author of several publications on tax law.
Agnieszka is well regarded as an approachable, enthusiastic and engaging presenter. Having advised a diverse group of clients in most industries, with a particular focus on the SSC and BPO sectors, she has the ideal knowledge and experience to provide relevant and practical examples in her presentations.
