During her long corporate career, starting in 2008, Emilia was associated with the Purchasing Department. She played a key role in coordinating international deliveries, purchasing processes and building relationships with suppliers. She has in-depth knowledge of the purchasing process, purchasing documentation and experience in managing a 20-person purchasing administration team. As a manager, she focused not only on supervising purchasing processes, but also on effective team coordination, problem solving, budgeting, and ensuring effective internal communication. Her management skills were crucial for the effective functioning of the department.
Since 2019, she has been supporting Polish entrepreneurs and their employees in business activities in Poland and internationally, developing negotiation and communication skills that take into account cultural differences. As a Negotiator for Hire, she negotiates contracts, agreements and commercial terms on behalf of her clients. She has negotiated with partners from Poland and abroad (from countries such as: USA, Canada Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, UK, Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, France, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Tunisia, China, India).
During consulting sessions, she helps entrepreneurs achieve their business goals and shows negotiation schemes, tricks and techniques that are used in negotiations with contractors as well as within the company with other co-workers. She regularly conducts closed and open trainings on business issues. According to the Talent Dynamics test, she is a Deal Maker, i.e. a born negotiator. The first two Gallup talents are: Achievement and Direction, which allow her to fully focus on each task in order to succeed. Emilia’s next talent is Closeness, which is why she easily builds relationships and takes care of them. She believes that it is people who build businesses.
In 2021, she received the award in the “Leader among Business Trainers” category during the 14th edition of the Polish Businesswomen Awards competition.
