Manage with Awareness
2-Day Live Online workshop: Practical, Intensive with role-play
Measure and analyze your personality traits and your motivational profile and adjust your leadership approach to relate to the needs and preferences of team members. Increase the intrinsic motivation of people you manage and improve your communication skills to increase team collaboration.
This practical and interactive course is based on two internationally recognized methodologies: DiSC® and RMP®.
Identifying yours and getting familiar with others’ DiSC® communication styles will give you the ability to communicate effectively even with people who think totally differently than you. You will get plenty of tips how to start a fruitful conversation with each DiSC® personality style and you will practise formulating your messages in role-playing scenarios and case studies, full of urgent and stressful situations.
RMP® (Reiss Motivation Profile) provides participants with their own composition of motivators. During the workshop you will experience how to use this knowledge both towards self-development but also towards increasing your team’s effectiveness. You will practise the new trend in management – management through individualization – i.e. adapting managerial activities such as, goal setting, delegating, feedback, crisis management, motivating and development planning while recognising the unique needs and strengths of individual employees.
Such management style enhances performance, development as well as job satisfaction for all.
