This hands-on workshop introduces the PARC model — People, Architecture, Routines, and Culture — a powerful framework for diagnosing why strategies succeed or fail.

- Analysing a case study of a company and its strategic goals
- Using the PARC Diagnostic Canvas to map what’s needed to deliver that strategy
- Working in groups to identify strengths, friction points, and priorities
- Sharing perspectives across teams
- Co-create recommendations with facilitator and peer feedback
