Generative AI is rapidly changing how HR teams work, from hiring and learning to analytics and communication. This hands-on workshop is designed for HR professionals who want to use GenAI practically, responsibly, and effectively in their day-to-day work, not just understand it in theory.
This is a highly practical workshop with exercises based on real HR scenarios. Participants leave with ready-to-use reusable prompts, templates, and a clear understanding of how to integrate GenAI into daily HR work safely and effectively.
The day concludes with a short quiz, discussion, and guidance for continued learning and experimentation.

- How to write prompts that give consistent results?
- Output control: accuracy checks, bias traps, privacy rules.
- A clear map of HR processes where AI adds value: L&D, recruitment, payroll/admin communication, HR reporting.
Module 2: Learning & Development that fits people
- Using AI to tailor training paths to roles, skills gaps, and learning styles.
- Creating micro-learning content, quizzes, and follow-up activities.
- Exercise example: analyze training feedback → get key insights, quick fixes, strategic improvements, and KPI suggestions.
Module 3: Faster and more consistent hiring
- How to use AI in recruiting (responsibly and legally).
- Exercise example: build a full recruitment kit for one role (interview guide, scorecard, emails).
Module 4: HR Operations & Payroll Analytics with GenAI
- Using AI to support HR admin and payroll-related work: policy explanations, payroll anomaly-spotting ideas.
- Exercise example: analyse payroll data → get key insights, action recommendations, manager-ready summary.
