Trainer and coach, associated with EY Academy of Business since 2022.
She completed studies in economics, management and marketing at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and postgraduate studies in Business Management and Project Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
She completed Advanced Coaching Studies and was accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ACC ICF), of which she has been a member since 2020. She constantly expands her knowledge and develops skills in the field of coaching, including strengths coaching and broadly understood business management. Since 2021, she has been a certified competency assessor using the Assessment and Development Center methods.
Since 1996, Kasia has been working in a large global production company, and from 2005 in senior management positions (currently Director of Group Development Programs). Strategic planning, business development, project management and cooperation with automotive concerns are the main areas of her business experience, built in cooperation with an international team operating not only in Europe, but also in China and Mexico.
Since 2022, she has also been running her own business, Cross-Link Development without Borders, providing services as a coach, trainer, assessor and consultant.
As a trainer, Kasia specializes in topics related to strategic management, team management, teamwork, managerial skills, competence development and soft HR, as well as coaching and key coach competencies.
Kasia is passionate about ballroom dancing, which she liked in high school. For several years, she and her husband have been dancing as a hobby in a ballroom dance group.
1. Implementation of many strategic initiatives aimed at business development, including participation in acquisition projects in Europe, Asia and the USA.
2. Management of development programs for managerial staff.
3. In 2020, ambassador and mentor in Business Workout projects of the Student Forum Business Center Club.
4. In 2022, participation in the Development Center project as an EY Academy of Business assessor.
