Classes are conducted entirely online, in English while exams are held onsite in Warsaw, Poland.

Participation in the exams: The first and second dates specified in the study plan are covered by the tuition fee. The third and each additional date thereafter is payable at PLN 200 net (PLN 256 gross) based on a proforma invoice. The fee for the additional exam date is non-refundable. The additional exam date can be changed up to 7 days before the scheduled exam. Changes after this date are not possible.

What does the postgraduate study programme include?

The programme is designed to develop practical financial and accounting skills required in modern business environments, particularly within international organisations.

You will gain knowledge and applied skills in the following areas:

Cost analysis and budgeting
Management accounting and decision-making based on financial data
Financial reporting and interpretation of financial statements
Audit principles, including internal control systems, audit evidence and audit reporting
Taxation in Poland (PIT, CIT, VAT, ZUS, split payment)
Financial management, including working capital, investment decisions and company valuation
Financial risk management
Access to external financing and capital structure decisions
Strategic planning and financial decision-making in organisations

The programme is focused on applying theory to real business situations, preparing participants for financial and managerial roles in international environments.

ACCA pathway and exemptions

Upon completion of the postgraduate programme, graduates receive a certificate from WSB University, which allows application for up to nine ACCA exam exemptions (Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills levels).

This pathway forms part of the postgraduate programme “ACCA in Polish – Financial Management and Accounting in an International Environment”, delivered in cooperation with EY Academy of Business.

ACCA exams within the programme

As part of the programme, students take five ACCA Applied Skills examinations:

Financial Reporting
Performance Management
Financial Management
Taxation
Audit and Assurance

Students are entitled to two examination attempts per subject, in line with the study schedule.

If a student does not pass an exam within the included attempts, additional examination sittings may be purchased for a fee of PLN 200 net (PLN 256 gross) per attempt. Fees apply to each additional sitting and are non-refundable.

Changes to an additional examination date are permitted up to seven days before the scheduled exam. After this deadline, changes are not possible.

The purchase of an additional exam is possible by contacting the coordinator indicated on the website.

Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business

If you don’t plan to take the ACCA Strategic Professional exams after graduation, but want to obtain a diploma from ACCA Global, you can apply for just seven exemptions and take two selected Applied Skills exams directly with ACCA Global. ACCA Global will then prepare the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business for you.

If your goal is to become an ACCA member then apply for 9 exemptions and continue to gain qualifications at the ACCA Strategic Professional level.
