Open postgraduate programme attended by individuals or teams sponsored by their respective employers. Objective is to enhance the skills needed by managers of modern organisations.

EY Academy of Business created, designed and structured a complete postgraduate programme, International Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics, the top Economics University in Poland and among the very top in Europe.

Spanning over 10 months we skilled up current and prospective Managers/Directors/Executives in IFRS and US GAAP reporting, Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Strategies including hedging strategies, Mergers and Acquisitions, Treasury, Planning and Budgeting and Performance Management. No previous knowledge in Finance was required – all material was covered from scratch.

Participants received modern skills and insights to support their organisation’s journey into World 4.0 as a modern CFO that is a Chief Value Officer.

Networking was an important requirement in order to benefit from various experiences around the world – an attribute which continues to be valued among all our graduates.

The postgraduate programme was cost effective and provided a comprehensive skill set that is relevant and immediately applicable.
