Witold Rychłowski

Experienced EY Academy of Business trainer, business trainer and consultant, professional negotiator and mediator

The universal approach that he applies to issues related to dealing with conflict is recognized in many industries and in numerous areas of operation of organizations and administrative institutions both in Poland and abroad.

Witold studied at the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics and at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw. He is a Certified Negotiation Trainer (Negotiate Ltd) since 2001, Certified Consultant of the Cultural Transformation Tools Methodology, member of the International Practitioners Workshop.

He permanently cooperates with the EY Academy of Business. Since 2004, he has delivered over 100 training projects (open and closed training courses) in negotiation, sales techniques, leadership and managerial skills. He provides internal training for the management and specialists of EY in Poland.

Witold is an author the book “Paradoxes of Negotiation” and of training programmes and courses in the following areas: Business Negotiations, (Introduction to Negotiations, Negotiations, and Renegotiations, Strategic Negotiations), Social Negotiations, Mediation, Art of Professional Presentation, Consultative Selling.

At Philips Polska he learned the practices of effective international business from the position of Sales Representative (Business Electronics) to the position of Key Account Manager. The next 5 years he worked at Sony Poland as Sales & Marketing Manager, building a distribution network and training and managing staff in the area of ​​sales and marketing.

He creates and implements his own projects both in the form of open training and dedicated development projects for companies and organizations. He actively supports the development of skills also in work with individual clients, acting as a consultant, advisor and coach.

Professional experience and many years of consulting and coaching practice have allowed him to create an original, authorial approach to issues related to conflict. A multidimensional, comprehensive approach to this group of issues means that classes are not only conducted in an attractive form, but also allow for the effective development and implementation of changes in attitudes and beliefs, and thus behaviors that determine increased effectiveness in the face of conflict.

Outside Poland, Witold Rychłowski has prepared and conducted classes in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Slovakia and the Netherlands, where he received high marks not only for the unique formula of the classes, but also for the effectiveness of the proposed practical solutions.

Witek is convinced that the diversity of life experiences can be a source of inspiration. For over a dozen years he has been conducting regular classes and seminars to popularize Kyudo – Japanese traditional archery – in Poland.


 

Selected projects:

1. Multi-stage, long-term cooperation with one of the largest producers on the pharmaceutical market in Poland – built on the correct recognition of the development needs of participants, identification of difficulties in achieving business goals and development of effective solutions.

2. Regular, cyclical workshops in the open training formula, dedicated to the development of negotiation skills, have been gathering groups of participants diversified in terms of industry, level of advancement and experience for many years. Classes are organized in thematic cycles - high assessment of their usefulness is confirmed by the presence of the same participants in subsequent workshops.

3. A consulting project in the field of resolving conflicts within an organization in the manufacturing industry, covering various forms of work – from training, through an inspirational lecture, to individual coaching allowing for the disclosure and neutralization of undesirable phenomena hindering the implementation of business tasks.
